Introducing Billy-Boy!

Billy is an energetic and affectionate 8-month-old Australian Cattledog looking for a loving forever home. He is full of curiosity and has a playful nature typical of his breed. Billy thrives on human interaction and is eager to learn and explore his surroundings. Billy is friendly and social and he enjoys the company of people and other dogs. As a Cattledog, he has a high energy level and loves engaging in active play and outdoor activities. Billy is intelligent and responds well to positive reinforcement training methods. He is inquisitive and enjoys mental stimulation through interactive toys and games.

This little cutie-pie would thrive in an active home where he can receive plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Due to his high energy level, he would do well in a household that can provide him with daily walks, playtime, and possibly opportunities for training or agility activities. Billy may also benefit from having a canine companion who shares his energy and playfulness. Billy is at an age where he is eager to learn and is responsive to training. Continued positive reinforcement training will help him develop into a well-mannered adult dog. Basic obedience training and socialization are recommended to help him become a well-rounded member of your family.

Billy may be able to live with another dog, especially a high-energy breed that matches his enthusiasm for play. Proper introductions and monitoring during initial interactions are advised to ensure compatibility, we request that you bring any existing dog from your home in to meet Billy.

Due to Billy's high energy and bouncy-boy nature, all children in the home should be secondary school age and above, if they are younger we recommend bringing them in to the Shelter to meet Bill to ensure they can get along well.
