maxon (or max for short) is a lovely gentle boy who enjoys company of both people and other dogs and is good with young children. Max was obviously not familiar with being allowed inside when he first came into foster care but has adapted quickly to being both an outdoor and indoor dog(!). Max is a ‘staffy cross’ which means he is a little taller and chunkier than a purebred staffy but still has that gorgeous staffy face and personality. Max has the ‘waggiest’ of tails and a lovely soft coat. Max will enjoy a good cuddle whenever he can get one, and one is never enough. Max loves his food and is not a fussy eater, he is learning manners at meals times. He is young and enthusiastic so does require additional obedience training. Max is a good age for training and has already shown he can learn new behaviours quickly. He loves getting out for a walk and does not pull too strongly on the lead. Max loves to play and is very social, so he would enjoy the company of kids, another dog or a lifestyle where he can get lots of ‘together’ time (he loves following us around all day – to check out what we are doing and generally what is going on). If you love to ‘live life to the max” then this little guy could be the man for you!
