Playful girl!
- Cleo is a beautiful tabby girl who is very playful and energetic! She has been known to do a ninja kick off the walls when she’s running down the hallway!
- Cleo gets along very well with her male foster cat, often grooming him which is adorable to watch.
- She likes being up high and will climb to the highest points of the house, so would love a nice tall cat tower or perches where she can explore.
- Cleo likes to sleep in her carers room, either on the bed or in her own designated spot. Sometimes she will even crawl under the bed covers!
- She is happy to do her own thing but loves to be cuddled! She will snuggle up directly next to you and will occasionally sit on your lap.
- She has a good appetite and will try to sneak the food off your plate if you’re not careful!
- Cleo is not scared of visitors and wants to be involved with everyone.
- She has shown interest in going outside so would love a secured catio or to be trained to walk on a harness.
- Ideally Cleo’s family would have another cat that she can play and cuddle with. Would also be fine with gentle dogs and children.

Our adoption process includes a two-week trial period to ensure you and your adopted pet are the right fit.
The adoption fee of $300 helps to cover the cost of desexing, vaccinations, microchip (including transfer of ownership), flea and worm treatments and vet checks.
SAFE Busselton requests that all persons adopting a cat adhere to responsible containment practices. As per the current Cat Laws in WA we encourage people to keep their rescued cat as a permanent indoor cat or with access to a safe cat run. It is no longer desirable to allow your cat to wander onto adjoining properties. Confident cats can also be trained to walk on a harness and lead. We ask that owners be responsible and keep their adopted cat safe at all times so that you will have a long and loving life together. Information on cat enclosures can be found here: https://safe.org.au/catios
SAFE Busselton reserves the right to select adoptive homes based on “best fit” for the pet. Although all applications will be considered, being the first application will not necessarily provide an advantage as the adoption committee considers many factors when matching animals to their new home.
