Mateo is one of the most affectionate and sweet boys you will ever meet! When he first came into care he was a
spicy boy who couldn’t be touched and he was hissing, biting and swiping anyone that came near him.
It took weeks of patience and gentle coaxing for him to understand that humans are friends. Then one morning he just decided that he wanted to be in on all the love and he hasn’t looked back since! Mateo is a gentle sweet loving boy who likes other cats, loves dogs and is an independent little soul. He would love to find a home that has other animals in it as he can get a little overwhelmed when he can’t find someone to comfort him.
