Meet Josephine, affectionately known as Josie—a funny little feline with a big heart longing for a loving home. Though she’s experienced a tough start in life, Josie represents resilience and the transformative power of trust. Initially shy and untrusting, she blooms into an affectionate companion once she feels secure. With her love for cuddles and neck scritches, she quickly becomes an exuberant and affectionate friend. Whether it's snuggling beside you on the couch or curling up next to your pillow at night, Josie’s sweetness shines through in her unwavering devotion.

Josie is an inquisitive soul, and she will happily follow you around, always curious about your activities. Her love for food makes her easily bribed with a treat or two, so grab some treats and Josie will be yours in no time. While she can be shy with new people, given time and patience, Josie reveals her gentle spirit, melting the heart of anyone lucky enough to get close to her.

Her ideal home would be one filled with love and tranquility—one without the hustle and bustle of dogs but preferably with another cat to cuddle with, as she absolutely adores feline company. Her signature move? Giving her fellow cats a sweet hello kiss and nesting right on top of them for a cozy nap. Josie would thrive in a quiet environment with older kids who can provide gentleness and companionship.

Due to some persistent eye infections from her early years, Josie has clouded eyes, which does not hinder her joy or ability to see and explore her world. She may need a bit of extra care, like metal-only bowls and pet-specific wipes to help manage some acne on her chin, and occasional medication to ease her nerves during vet visits.

Josie is a funny, sweet kitty wrapped in curiosity and affection, waiting to be loved and cherished. Are you the gentle heart that she can trust and call her own? One cuddle and Josie will fill your life with laughter, love, and endless companionship.
