Introducing the gentle giant Nani!

Nani absolutely adores people and would make a very loving and loyal companion. While being quite a large dog she doesn't seem to understand that she is a bit too large to be a lap dog, but it definitely doesn't stop her from trying! This gorgeous girl is also quite intelligent, she already knows how to sit and shake!

While being in the shelter Nani has been a bit shy and does take some time to warm up to you. But with some gentle encouragement (and some treats!) her sweet soul will shine through in no time, and soon she'll be showering you in kisses.

We think she'd be best suited to a home with secondary school aged children or older, as she doesn't like to be over-handled and will at times jump on you for extra cuddles.

She's shown us that she likes her furry canine friends just as much as her human ones, and would be happy to go home to another dog friend pending a successful meet and greet. If you've got another dog at home bring them along!

If you're looking for a laid back large dog look no further, Nani is ready to snuggle into your heart and onto your couch.
