Meet our lovely Cherry Ripe, an adorable all-black female cat with a sparkling personality. She may start off a bit shy, but once she warms up to you, she's all purrs and snuggles.
Cherry Ripe is full of life and adores playtime. She becomes easily fascinated with ordinary objects turned playthings, and her joyful antics are sure to bring laughter and warmth into your home.
Despite her initial nervousness, Cherry Ripe's fondness to snuggle will quickly surface when she gets to know you better. This sweet girl loves to show her affection by curling up into your neck as you lie on the couch and purring quietly.
She loves her sister Snickers with whom she shares a deep bond, but can also be adopted as an only cat if her human is home a lot.
Cherry Ripe is great with other cats and dogs, and so she would also thrive in a home where she can enjoy some feline or canine companionship.
Cherry Ripe would prefer a quiet home where she can indulge in some undisturbed catnaps and leisurely TV time with her humans. Yes, you heard it right - our sweet Cherry Ripe is a Netflix enthusiast! Nothing beats a cozy evening with her favourite person, a warm blanket, and a nice episode on the screen.
As for cleanliness, she's a champion. Cherry Ripe takes great pride in maintaining her glossy dark coat, often grooming herself to make sure it stays shiny and clean. She gracefully carries her elegant black cloak, and cleaning her paws is part of her regular grooming routine - her cleanliness is truly impeccable.

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
