About Maerad
Hey there, I’m Maerad! I just turned 4 a month ago and I’ve been hanging out here at Greysland, waiting for someone…maybe you! I’m a beautiful girl, or so they tell me, and I’m looking for some human roomies who love to play, walk and will take me outside for lots of zoomies! I like meeting new doggo friends at the park or on walkies but when it comes to my ideal home, it’s better for me to be the only four-legged family member, because I am obsessed with my toys. They are very precious to me and I won’t want to share. I’m also probably better suited to a home with older kids (12+) for the same reason. It’s kind of like how Joey from Friends doesn’t share food, only it’s Maerad the Hound doesn’t share toys! And I am much cuter about it!
When it comes to food, the other thing to know about me is that I have a bit of a sensitive tummy, but my friends here at Greysland will be able to help you when it comes to my diet. I promise, it’s not too tricky! It’s really nice here at the kennels. Everyone is kind and I’ve made lots of hound friends, but I’d really like a spot on the couch to call my own. Maerad’s place! I have the same name as a book character, did you know? She was a teenager when someone found her and realised she had some amazing magical talents and that she was the chosen one. Now, I’m not a magical hound by I bet I can melt your heart by looking into you eyes, make you cry laughing at my antics and surprise you with a well placed snoot! How about making me your Chosen One?
