Meet Smorgy!

Smorgy is a gentle and affectionate cat who loves human companionship. He enjoys cuddling up in cozy spots and receiving chin scratches. Smorgy is known for his playful nature and can often be found batting at toys or chasing after his favourite humans in the adoption centre. He has a calm demeanor and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking to provide a loving home.

Smorgy is FIV positive. While FIV is not easily transmissible to humans or other species, it can affect cats by weakening their immune system. Despite this, many FIV-positive cats can live long and healthy lives with proper care and attention.

Smorgy would do well in a quiet home with a patient and understanding owner. Due to his FIV status, he should be the only cat in the household or live with other FIV-positive cats. An indoor-only home would also be ideal to minimize exposure to potential infections. Smorgy's new family should be prepared to provide him with regular veterinary check-ups and a balanced diet to support his immune system.
