About Fozzie Bear
***** to apply for Fozzie Bear please visit www.animalrescue.org.au to complete the adoption enquiry form *****
Meet Fozzie Bear, a charming, gentle canine, who's great with kids and successfully fostered by a loving family. This adorable pup is as sweet as his name suggests, cherishing those cuddly moments on the couch and immersed in family TV-time. This furry pal is clearly a wonderful choice for those who enjoy relaxing and unwinding with a furry friend by their side.
Fozzie also gets along happily with the foster family's larger dog and even showed unmatched calmness when meeting a chicken! He's quickly picking up basic obedience skills, showing great progress with his recall and is well on his way to being expertly toilet trained. His social and well-rounded demeanor indicates that Fozzie would make a stellar family pet or a loyal companion to anyone who appreciates the unbeatable companionship dogs can offer.
One noteworthy point is Fozzie's energy level. As he ages, he's gradually becoming more playful. Yet, when fully grown, you can expect him to remain at a low to medium energy level. This moderate energy trait makes him a lovable companion, perfect for those preferring a relatively more relaxed but playful pet.
Fozzie Bear's kind temperament and growing adaptability have shown his potential to thrive in many environments. Your home could become the next loving sanctuary for this gentle, spirited, and lovable canine. So, get ready to open your heart to this truly delightful pooch, and offer him the loving home he deserves!
This cute pup's health is paramount, so he's had his first vaccination and will get his second one shortly. He'll be due to be desexed at 6 months of age, but this is all included in his adoption fee if using our approved vet.
We recommend a fenced yard for Fozzie to stay safe while exploring his surroundings and attending puppy pre-school is highly recommended to help him grow into a well-behaved adult dog.
The Shar-Peis are a breed known for their unique allure, creased skin, and calm demeanour. They may have certain needs compared to other breeds, so some research on the breed would be beneficial.
