About Ellie 🍰
If Ellie's stunning dichromatic eyes don't catch your attention, her super sweet personality absolutely will.
She may just about win the award for being the cuddliest kitty in the whole world. She absolutely loves to be:
🍰 snuggled up in bed
🍰 swaddled
🍰 carried around in a baby wrap carrier
🍰 sitting on your lap
🍰 cuddled up to her foster siblings
🍰 sleeping on a window perch in the sunshine
Ellie is a typical super playful kitten, but prefers to play with her foster siblings rather than on her own. She doesn't have a strong interest in playing with toys, but LOVES her scratching post!
She is the sweetest girl and shows her affection by:
🍰 reaches out to touch your face when being picked up
🍰 attempting to groom you - your hair, your face, anywhere you'll let her lick
🍰 making delicious biscuits while suckling on a blanket
ELLIE IS LOOKING TO BE PLACED IN A HOME WITH ANOTHER CAT!

Medical notes
Ellie has mild cerebellar hypoplasia - which is a fancy way of saying that her brain stem is a little smaller than usual. Cerebellar hypoplasia (also known as wobbly cat syndrome) affects the cerebellum, which is the portion of the brain that controls fine motor skills, balance, and coordination. This condition does not have any impact on her quality of life or on her expected life expectancy.
Her pound notes mention that she is partially deaf -although partial deafness is difficult to confirm. She has already required a dental procedure, and will therefore need continuing dental care - including regular dental checks, dental food (once she is 12 months old) and tooth brushing.

Adoption details
When someone contacts us to apply for an animal we will send an application form to be completed. When we receive a completed application form we will share this with the foster carer to approve the applicant.
We will then organise a meet & greet with the applicant and the foster carer to meet the animal, learn about their routine, behaviours and what they eat, drink, etc.
After the meet & greet the applicant is contacted to see if they want to proceed with the application and the foster carer approves the applicant.
We will then complete paperwork, payment, and organise a time to have the animal picked up.
Animals are then adopted on a 2 week trial, during which we stay in touch and provide support for the new adopter.
Once adopted we will send through vet records & paperwork and transfer their microchip.
We offer communication and support throughout the fostering & adoption process.
