Jack

G’day guys, my name is Jack and I’m going to be your new best friend! I’m a 7-year-old border collie cross kelpie and I promise you, I’ll be the best addition to your family!

I’m sweet, gentle and friendly toward people and other dogs. I’m a social boy who loves to play and the humans sometimes call me “a bit of a goof.” I’ve spent my entire life on a farm with my seven siblings and my parents. They have their in-fighting (as most families do), but I get along with all of them! I trot around the yard without a care in the world and you will often see me bouncing past the kitchen window, waving my tail in the air like a tour-guide who has lost his group.

I’m sometimes shy/uncertain when introduced to new things, but it doesn’t take me long to get clued up and into the swing of it.

I’m easy-going, relaxed, and motivated by food. I should probably eat from a slow-feeder bowl because I sometimes scoff my dinner and then feel the twang of bitter disappointment when I realise it’s all gone in 30 seconds!
