About Marlin
Before you consider adopting this dog, please take note of the following request :
A. Are you going away in the next couple of weeks and not looking to get a dog until you come back? Please apply when you come back.
B : have you got approval from your landlord, your strata , your body corporate, your spouse, partner
significant other, and family? Please do that before applying for the dogs
You should be running as fast as you can to get this little dog Marlin is one of the most sweetest and beautiful creatures I have ever had the pleasure to meet he is just so affectionate and loving it's out of this world.
I'm looking for a very specific home for him.
You must have another cavalier in the household. This is non negotiable! He will absolutely thrive the best by having another cavvi to buddy up with.
I'm also looking for a home where he will be an integral part of the family and that means that he is inside with you and he's allowed to sleep on the bed, he just adore s to sleep on the bed right next to you with his head on your shoulder,if you are not prepared to do this, then please do not apply for him!
Marlin is great with other dogs he's very content and this goes about his daily life just wanting to be loved, he's also not interested in the many cats in the house hold and does not bother them at all.
He just loves people and he will walk on lead but will need some help with the toilet training ,because he's previous existence was as an outside dog this is not acceptable as far as I'm concerned for such a darling boy.
If you would like to apply for Marlin, please text the word Marlin to 0406612339. Include your location and a little bit about yourself and your family circumstance
Thank you, Chris
Medical notes
Marlin had a dental performed and had several extraction s.
A grade 2 to 3 Heart murmur was detected but he was nt prescribed any medication at this point .
Adoption details
At Ozzi Hearts 4 Paws, we strive to ensure that every adoption is a perfect match, providing our rescued animals with loving forever homes. Our adoption process is designed to ensure the well-being and happiness of both the animals and their adoptive families. Here's how it works:
1. Application:
Prospective adopters begin by filling out an adoption application. This form helps us understand your lifestyle, preferences, and expectations, allowing us to match you with the most suitable companion.
2. Meet and Greet:
Once your application is reviewed and approved, we arrange a meet and greet with the animal(s) you're interested in. This gives you an opportunity to interact with the pet and determine if there's a connection.
3. Home Visit:
For certain animals, we may conduct a home visit to ensure that your living environment is safe and suitable for the pet you're interested in adopting. This step helps us ensure the well-being of both the animal and your family.
4. Adoption Agreement:
If the meet and greet goes well and your home is deemed suitable, we'll ask you to sign an adoption agreement. This document outlines the responsibilities of both parties and serves as a commitment to providing a loving and forever home to the adopted pet.
5. Adoption Fee:
An adoption fee is required to help cover the costs associated with the animal's rescue, medical care, and rehabilitation. The fee varies depending on the age, breed, and medical history of the animal but typically includes vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and microchipping.
6. Take Your New Family Member Home:
Congratulations! Once the adoption process is complete and the adoption fee is paid, you can take your new furry family member home. Our team will provide you with all the necessary information, including medical records, feeding guidelines, and tips for a smooth transition.
7. Follow-Up Support:
Our commitment to you and your new pet doesn't end after adoption. We offer ongoing support and guidance to help ensure a successful transition and a lifetime of happiness for both you and your furry friend. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns you may have along the way.
