Nature
Tyson is a beautiful, big, silky white tiger lookalike. He has a very unique look and is sleek and stunning, especially when he rolls over and shows his bright white spotty belly. He will answer to Ty Ty and can be quite vocal if spoken to. He is playful, curious and charming.

Tyson has a very sweet and affectionate side which he will show you once settled in. He still has 'big kitten energy’ and loves racing around being playful and full of fun but then adores naptime.

He was found in a park as a tiny kitten, all alone, cold and scared. He has come a long way from being timid, skittish and not trusting humans but he is most comfortable with familiar people, usually keeping a distance from visitors until he gets to know them.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
Tyson hasn’t been introduced to children but likely could live with kids as that would suit his playful side and love of attention. Kids would just have to be slow and gentle to start with until he gets to know and trust them.

He absolutely adores other cats and gets on well with the other foster cats in the house.

He has been around a small dog before and showed a lot of curiosity, no fear.

Likes / Dislikes
Tyson is an avid bird watcher, ball chaser, wand toy catcher. He’s a big fan of a cardboard box and following his human companion around. He loves to lay on his tummy and be patted and likes to attend the toilet with you as a top guard cat, if you are lucky he’ll even sing to you a little.

He loves Greenies, Temptation treats and cooked chicken but is not hugely food orientated.

He dislikes being picked up, or if people approach him too quickly. He prefers pats with familiar people and usually not on his head.

My PURR-fect home would be with another cat to feel secure and help him bond with his new house humans. He could be settled with a dog or small humans with slow introductions as long as small humans know that being picked up scares him. If you are a big cat lover and you would like a mini version in your home then Tyson is the cat for you!

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
