ASSISTANCE REHOMING
• Franky is an 8 year old Dachshund X Cocker Spaniel X Dalmatian.
• Franky is house trained and sleeps in the bedroom. He will ask permission before jumping on the bed or lounge. If told to sleep in his bed, he will.
• He will sit, lay down, and shake on command but expects a treat in return.
• His preferred form of play is tug of war and squeaky toys.

• Franky would much rather be inside all day with you. In the same room or preferably in your lap. He is a companion dog who wants nothing more than to be cuddled. He wants to protect his house and family, and will bark at other dogs and people walking past the house.
• When visitors come over Franky will likely bark and is generally stand-offish. Preferring to avoid guests unless offered treats or scratches.
• He seems to be far less intimidated by women compared to men.

• He does get along with calm natured dogs. His previous mate was a female golden cocker spaniel name Tory, she passed away about 3 years ago.
• When playing with other dogs he will either play chase or tug of war.

• While in the house he responds well to commands BUT Franky is definitely NOT an off the leash dog, he will NOT obey if set free to roam.
• When going for walks he will bark at other dogs and can be stubborn.
• While Frank was a pup he had a number of negative interactions with other dogs that were off leash while going on walks.
