About Heath
I'm Heath, a distinguished White and Ginger gentleman of 13 years and 8 months, but who's counting? My age has only refined my charm and deepened my love for life and all those around me. I'm full of zest, always curious about what my humans are up to, and I have a boundless affection for anyone willing to share a cuddle or two.
I'm not just a people-cat; I'm also very friendly with my fellow felines. I'd happily share my home with another cat, as I believe in the warmth of companionship. My favorite activities include lounging on the couch, enjoying a good meal, and soaking up all the love my new owner can offer.
If you're looking for a cat who's not just a pet but a devoted friend, someone who brings joy and calm to your home, then look no further. I'm Heath, and I can't wait to meet you and become the most adorable addition to your life.
To book a meet and greet with Heath please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
