Adoption information
I've been adopted!
About Gerald
Gerald is a shy young boy who needs lots of encouragment and a slow positive introduction to the big wide world. He will also need someone who is committed to training and socialisation so that he can grow into the best dog possible.
Gerald might be happy living with a friendly desexed female dog. He is highly food motivated and would do just about anything for a scrumptious treat! If you feel that you have the time and space to give this boy a loving home, please call us to discuss further.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
For horse, livestock or poultry enquiries please email horsesandlivestock@rspcavic.org.au
