Are you ready to welcome a little whirlwind of sweetness and sass into your life? Meet Miette - pronounced "Mee-ette" and French for crumb, like the pint-sized bundle of sweetness she is.
Miette's journey to her foster home was quite the adventure - arriving pregnant and flea-ridden, she's since ditched the bugs and taken charge of her destiny. This girl means business!
With a penchant for the 80s, space invading is her Miette’s thing 👾. She loves being up close and personal. So, get ready for some serious bonding sessions! Literally. Miette thrives on snuggles and has a knack for finding the coziest spot, preferably right on your chest, close to your face (because why settle for anything less than prime cuddle territCuddory?).
Now, Miette has some quirks. She's a bit wary of older men at first, but once she warms up to them, she's all in. This will take time and patience. She's great with teenagers and kids, and even has a gig as an emotional support dog at her foster mum's workplace, where she's now also mastered the art of giving a little bark to assert her authority when strangers arrive (watch out, world!).
Walks with Miette are an adventure in zigzags, but hey, she's an agility champ and her pint size makes her easy to walk. When it comes to bedtime, don't even try to put this darling in a laundry or crate - this girl prefers the royal treatment. Under the covers and/or in your arms is where she will be .
When it's mealtime, Miette's excitement knows no bounds - she's more into jumping and wiggling than sitting politely. Cheese, her favourite? It won't make her sit either. She's too busy being happy and adorable. You’ll be happy to know that she is toilet trained, although you’ll need to remember to put her out every few hours, otherwise she’ll politely do a wee on the doormat or in the corner of a room (she’s too dignified to do number twos in the house though!).
Other dogs? No problem! She'll cozy up with them, though she won't hesitate to put them in their place if need be (looking at you, foster sister Jodee! - also available for adoption if you want Miette to come with a big boofy sister 🐶).
Our darling Miette is a true social butterfly, always joining the teenagers for cuddle sessions. She knows how to be cool like them and is eager to be in on the gossip. She's so good at charming her human siblings' friends that it often makes her teen siblings roll their eyes even more than thought possible 🙄.
