Hi everyone. My name is Bridges and I am on the lookout for a forever family and forever home.
My life started out with what people call a hoarder, kept in one room with very little food and unsanitary conditions. When I came into rescue my body condition was very poor and I was quite scared. I hadn’t really had interaction with people and it has taken me a little time to understand what it is to live in a safe happy environment.
Now look at me. I spend my days chilling out with the foster family just loving life. I rotate around to all the best spots, and at night I take my place on that big comfy bed for a nice snuggle up.
I am very good at supervising all those household cleaning duties. I pop up onto my little chair and make sure my foster mum never misses any spots while she is mopping. None of my other foster siblings do this to and I know how much my foster mum appreciates my help.
My personality is not demanding but i do enjoy giving and receiving affection, and this extends to everyone around me. I have discovered all the joys of toys and play. I must say to be saved from my previous life to now my life I will be forever grateful for but it’s time now for me to find my own family.
PLEASE NOTE: WEEKEND MEET AND GREETS ONLY DUE TO WORK COMMITMENTS ❤
If you would like to meet me please email the rescue at fostersadoptslpr@gmail.com or pm the Silver Lining Pet Rescue Inc facebook page.

Adoption Process
Once you have decided you would like to meet or apply for one of our pets, we email out our Adoption Application. We ask that the Adoption Process be read and if comfortable with how we adopt, complete the application and email it back for processing. This takes approximately 5-7 days. If approved the pet will come for a 6 week trial for cats and 3 week trial for dogs . We believe it takes that long for a pet to settle. If all goes well during the trial and you wish to finalise the adoption we email all vet certificates and change of microchip forms. We believe in matching the right pet with the right home so your application does not guarantee an approval.
