Spike

Spike is around 16 weeks old and is one of our bush babies! Spike and his 6 litter mates and Mum were found on a dirt path in bushland when he was around 3 weeks old. Sadly, this little family of 8 had been dumped, although thankfully all the kittens had clearly been around people and eagerly darted out of the bush while crying loudly towards us.
Spike is the last of his litter waiting for a forever home.
Spike is affectionately known as Alex in our home because he reminds us of Alex the Lion from the Madagascar movies. Not only does his face remind us of Alex, but also his regal presence! He sits so tall and struts his stuff. Spike is one of the bigger kittens in his litter. He loves to be close by and will weave between your legs and head rub. If you have long pants on, he loves to try to dart up your leg for a snuggle, while purring loudly. While he loves a rough house with his siblings or using their tails as a play toy, he also loves to snuggle up with them for a snooze. Spike will be a warm addition to any home.
