About Lue
Lue is an active and affectionate working breed mix puppy who traveled to our shelter from Dubbo. Named after a suburb our team passed through on the way back, Lue arrived as part of a litter of six. At just 4-5 weeks old, Lue and her siblings were tiny but quickly found safety and care in the home of a dedicated foster family, who also happens to be one of our shelter handlers!
Lue has thrived in her foster home, living alongside a bouncy Cavalier foster dog brother. This has helped her develop a confident and social personality and enabled her to one day be able to live with another canine sibling. She is playful and enthusiastic, particularly enjoying wrestling and chasing games with other dogs, once she's familiar with them.
Lue is a confident puppy, eager to explore and interact with her surroundings.
She is great with handling and enjoys cuddles, even with her younger human friends, showing a sweet and affectionate side as well as the capability to be rehomed with a young family.
Lue has made steady progress in her training but will need ongoing support to develop into a well-behaved adult dog including puppy preschool. She has learned to sit and enjoys a rump around the backyard.
Lue is best suited for an active family who can match her high energy levels and provide her with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.
If you are looking for a spirited and loving puppy to join your family, Lue might be the perfect fit. With the right environment and continued training, Lue will grow into a loyal and joyful companion. Reach out to us to learn more about adopting Lue and give her the forever home she deserves.
