This gorgeous little soul is one of the most beautiful little ladies we've ever had the pleasure of looking after. She is very sweet, very gentle, very affectionate and just loves people. She is one of gentlest and kind natured cats you'll ever meet.

Saphy was well loved by her previous owner but sadly they were forced to move overseas for work so they made the tough decision to find her a new home. She has come from a loving household and is filled to the brim with unconditional love.

She can be a bit shy when first arriving in a new place, like most of us, but once she's had a chance to settle in her beautiful personality will shine through and you'll find yourself with a cute and cuddly companion.

Having arrived not long ago she is still getting used to life in her new foster home but is making progress every day.

As an older lady she enjoys being around people but values her independence and and her affection is very much on her terms. She can be picked up and cuddled but only for a few minutes and will politely let you know when it's time to be put down.

She is used to living with young kids but would go hide when they were making noise, so she would be best suited to a quiet household, ideally without young kids.

Saphy would be the perfect fit for a retiree or someone that works from home and is looking for a low maintenance, quiet and loving companion.

Saphy is approximately 11 years old and has been desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated and is available for adoption right meow.

Urban Feline Australia is a newly established cat rescue service dedicated to keeping cats out of kill shelters and helping them find loving forever homes. We specialize in helping "surrenders" which are cats that have lived with humans previously but for one reason or another their owners are unfortunately no longer able to look after them. We take your pets into our amazing cat sanctuary where they're treated with love and affection until the right forever home is found for them.

Urban Feline Australia is not a large company with a shop front and multiple staff, it a is a very small, one man operation run from the safety of our own home. We rely heavily on cooperation from friends, other rescues, our amazing foster carers and the kindness of strangers to survive. All donations received and every cent from adoptions fees goes straight back to the cats in the form of food, litter, toys and vet bills. Meet and greets are by appointment only.
