About Hazel
Hazel is a 2 year mini long haired daschund who found herself in a very sad situation.
Abandoned, pregnant ,hungry and alone on the streets for days , she was eventually found by a concerned person who took her to their local, council ,.Hazel was then sent to the local pound and we rescued her from there
Because of the condition Hazel found herself in , a lot of her hair fell out , but Hazel is a tough nut and she has bounced back from everything and is now looking and feeling well and her beautiful Chocolate long hair is growing back
Hazel is ready for her new home she has now been desexed and looking forward to the rest of her life being somewhere warm, safe with lots of food and lots of company
Because of her history , Hazel, does have some separation anxiety so she will need the company of a small quiet friendly dog who will, allow her to curl up with her in their bed for most of the day .
Someone home a lot of the time , she is used to a busy household so kids are fine but ones that are old enough to understand that mini Daschunds need to keep their little feet on the floor at all times, and not be on the bed or a lounge by themselves
Housetraining is still a work in progress but she is improving daily, she eats everything that’s put in front of her and is a happy sometimes vocal character who will keep you entertained
In foster care in Maitland area with 3 other dogs

Adoption details
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO APPLY PLEASE FILL OUT THE ADOPTION FORM VIA THIS LINK: https://bit.ly/35pENH8
We require an initial application and then if a dog seems a match we can arrange a meet and greet at a local park or the foster carers home. If the meet is successful we then arrange a yard check and if that is satisfactory we require full payment on picking up the dog.
We then give a 2 week trial and if in that time it is not working we will refund all but $50 for admin costs. We also require that the adopter returns our dogs back to us at any time in its lifetime (without a refund) for us to rehome.
