About Pepper
Meet Pepper, a stunning three-year-old grey tabby with a heart full of love and a soft, gentle nature. This beautiful boy is on the lookout for a forever home where he can relax and enjoy life. Pepper is the perfect companion for anyone who appreciates a cat that loves to chill out and come over for cuddles whenever you're free.
Pepper is incredibly friendly and adaptable. He would thrive in a household with children who are ready to give him the time and love he needs to settle in and feel like a true member of the family. His loving personality makes him a joy to be around, and he has a special way of making everyone feel at ease.
Pepper's gentle soul and easygoing demeanor make him an ideal companion for another cat as well. He is cat-friendly and would be happy to share his new home with a fellow feline friend.
We adore Pepper for his soft nature and loving personality. If you're looking for a sweet and gentle cat to welcome into your home, Pepper is the perfect choice. Give this beautiful boy the loving family he deserves, and you'll be rewarded with endless cuddles and affection.
To book a meet and greet with Pepper please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
