About Harold
Please meet our handsome Harrold.
Harold LOVES everyone and first to sit down will be greeted with Harrold cuddles. He is a social and happy man who loves the outdoors, car rides, is good with other dogs (that are not over the top in your face), is good with cats, is toilet trained, and crate trained.
Harold is very clever, eager to please, and learns quickly. He already knows many commands such as sit, lay down, wait for food, stop, go to bed, toilet on command, leave it, and walkies. He really does seem to understand almost everything you say. He is a very special boy and everyone that meets him falls in love instantly, he is a real heart melting boy.
We are looking for a home that is experienced with poodles and their grooming needs. You will need to commit to having Harold groomed every 6 weeks and daily brushing to ensure his gorgeous coat remains at its best.
If you are looking for a friendly, playful, snuggle bug, Harold is your man.
It is a condition in our adoption agreement that all our dogs are to be taken through obedience training to ensure they reach their full potential.
IF YOU CAN TICK ALL THE BELOW BOXES, PLEASE POP IN AN ADOPTION APPLICATION FOR US TO CONSIDER.
• You have a secure yard.
• Harold will not be alone for more than 4 hrs
• You will enrol Harold in obedience training.
• You will allow Harold to be part of the family and will allow him access to indoors with you.
• You WILL provide him with daily exercise AND mental stimulation.
Applications with extensive details on the lifestyle you will offer will be considered. Please provide the name of the obedience club you will attending and what your experience is with poodles.

Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
