Spider

Spider is a energetic little potato with a heart full of love and a playful spirit. He's a goofy and affectionate velcro dog, making him the perfect companion for a family looking for lots of cuddles.

Despite being initially shy, Spider quickly settled in and is the happiest when following his humans around the home, or snoozing on the sofa beside his humans. He loves cuddles and belly rubs, and will grumble for attention.

Spider is a goofy little boy who rolls around in joy after his meals, and grumbles when playing with his toys.

Being just a puppy, Spider's future owner will need to be prepared to teach him manners. He can get up to mischief, especially when bored. Don't let his short legs fool you! Spider can jump over baby gates or onto bar stools, particularly in search of food. Spider also gently mouths you when he's excited, but is quick to stop when corrected.

Spider walks very well on lead. Because he is timid, he stays close to you and constantly checks in. He will turn to look and stop when other humans or dogs are nearby, and doesn't react to barking dogs. He is not comfortable with busy roads and noises, and will need to be slowly introduced to other dogs and busy roads.

Spider would thrive in a family home where he gets lots of time with the humans, ideally with someone who works at least partially from home.
