Luna is a bundle of joy wrapped in a beautiful coat of German Shorthaired Pointer and Blue Heeler mix. At six years old, she’s in the prime of her life, exuding a playful spirit balanced with a well-mannered demeanour. Her sweet, happy-go-lucky nature makes her an absolute delight to be around.
Luna is fantastic pup with an uncommonly good temperament. She’s friendly, affectionate, and loves to be in the company of her humans. She gets along great with other dogs and can even live harmoniously with cats. Her gentle and playful nature makes her a perfect companion for other pets.
Luna would thrive in a home where someone is around more often than not. She loves to be part of the daily routine and would make an excellent work buddy.
Luna is a quick learner but like all dogs will need a commitment to her ongoing training. She tends to pull on the leash and sometimes needs to be reminded to keep all four paws on the floor. With consistent training and patience, her manners will continue to improve.
Since coming into our care, Luna has displayed some mild separation anxiety, most likely due to her surrender and pound journey. Early training has reduced this behaviour but she will need to continue this training with FFAR supporting her on her journey.
Luna is an adorable, wonderful, and happy dog who will bring immense joy and love to her forever home. Luna is looking for an active home where she can be with someone who is home more often than not. She would thrive in an environment that can offer her the attention and companionship she craves. She would also do well with a family that and would love to have some kids to play with.
