About Beethoven
Beethoven is a very cheeky and lovable boy who loves being around people. He is happiest when he is around people and loves nothing more than to cuddle on the couch to watch a bit of TV before going off to bed with whoever will share with him.
Beethoven is 85% toilet trained and with trips outside after eating, and regular reminders, this will keep improving. He's still learning that rugs and carpets are not a food source so some good chew toys are recommended. He loves helping in the garden especially aerating the lawn, playing fetch and chewing on pigs' ears.
Handsome Beethoven walks well on lead but is still learning not to pull when he sees something of interest. He is fascinated by birds and will stop in his tracks to watch them.
Beethoven presents as having a mild allergy ( suspected to be chicken) so he will need a specific single protein diet (we can advise further to his adopters).
Beethoven is such a sweet soul and has so much love to give.
Like all young dogs, Beethoven will benefit from lots of playtime, interaction, encouragement and training, along with a good daily walk and lots of socialisation out of his home and yard to acclimatise him to the big wide world. Group training classes are fabulous for young dogs to reinforce the basics of obedience in a positive environment where he'll meet friendly new dogs and people.
We anticipate Beethoven will grow into a medium sized adult dog.
