Perfection, gentle , easy , quiet
Introducing May, affectionately known as May May, an 8-year-old sweet and gentle Jack Russell cross. This small bundle of joy weighs in at a chunky 12kgs.
May's soul radiates calm and tranquillity, contrasting the typical high energy associated with her breed. She's easy-going, quiet, and nothing short of perfection. Her charm is irresistible and her soft nature and gentle heart are all symbols of her unique personality.
She's well-mannered and magnificently comfortable in various environments, be it curling up in a sunbeam at home, enjoying a relaxed stroll through the park, or gracing the garden with her delightful presence. Her easy-going nature displays intelligence, independent thinking, and a sweet disposition.
Her congeniality extends to other members of the household too. She's cat-friendly, child-friendly, and also enjoys the company of other dogs. May is the kind of dog who will fit into just about any type of home, and her only requirement is a standard fence.
May is up-to-date on all of her vaccinations, worming treatments, and is both desexed and microchipped. So, not only is she ready for adventures in the great outdoors, but she's also ready for a comfortable, loving indoor lifestyle with her new family.
In short, if you are looking for an endearing, gentle, and intelligent canine companion to shower you with love, May may just be the perfect dog for you. All she asks for in return is a loving, warm home filled with cuddles, a sunlit spot to snooze, and meals to keep her small frame healthy and happy. Adopt May into your home and let her shower your life with affectionate licks and love!

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Here’s some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:
🐱 Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the pet’s bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)
🐾 Details about your family
🏡 Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
An adoption fee applies to each animal to cover only the basic veterinary procedures, and each adoption goes out on a 21 day settling in period, if the dog is returned in this period, and you’ve spoken to our trainer for assistance, and the dog is returned in good health, mentally and physically, and all their belongings and paperwork are returned, then we provide a refund less $50 admin fee. This is not a trial, but in case of any unknown or unforeseen circumstances.
The adoption process is as follows
✅Everyone that lives in the home will meet the dog with the carer
✅We ask everyone go home again and discuss and think about overnight and contact us the next day
✅This also gives the carer a chance to think about suitability
✅Then if everyone agrees we then require a home inspection, or at least photos of the home yard and fences.
✅Then the adoption fee is paid and once that clears our account you are free to arrange with the carer to collect
✅The adoption paperwork comes out in 14 days in which time you are required to register and change chip over
