Rocky is a cute, healthy 11 year old boy who loves people and is dog social. He would love another dog to play with as he recently lost his doggy best friend. Rocky is house trained and makes a great little companion, lapping up as much time with his humans as he can get. Rocky isn't a big fan of being picked up but this may change once he is settled into his new home. We are told he's also tolerant of cats, and not a chaser of birds.

Rocky likes to go for a walk and would love a daily stroll out of his property. He also enjoys games of tug of war and fetch.

Rocky would welcome a home where he has his humans around a lot. Active retirees or part-time workers would be great.

Rocky's coat will need regular clipping and grooming to prevent matting, and the cost of this needs to be taken into consideration by his new owner.

MEDICAL NOTES
Adoption fee includes vet check, vaccination, microchip (including transfer of ownership fee), flea and worm treatment and sterilisation. Rocky arrived into care with one sore ear and has received treatment to resolve the issue. He has previously been recommended to eat a diet free from red meat and dairy due to mild skin sensitivity.

ADOPTION NOTES
Our adoption process for the successful applicant includes a meet and greet, (including your own dog if applicable), a home check (or photos of your yard and fencing to be supplied to us if not local), and a two week trial period to ensure your chosen dog is the right fit for your home.

All adoption fees must be deposited into our SAFE Bunbury bank account in full before adoption trial starts (we cannot accept cash). The Adoption Agreement will be emailed to the selected applicant in advance of meeting your chosen dog.

After the adoption trial period has been completed we arrange transfer of ownership of the dog's microchip to the new owner, and email out the vet records.
