Pishie/Mishi

💔 WOULD YOU SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR BEST FRIEND JUST BECAUSE YOU WANTED TO MOVE TO AN APARTMENT? 💔

It’s upsetting to learn but this was the case for Mishi. With three-legs and a friendly disposition, she was set to be euthanised purely because her owner wanted to move. They felt she wouldn’t do well in an apartment and thus saw no value in her life anymore.

To say that our jaws were on the floor would be an understatement. Despite our exposure to some truly illogical thinking when it comes to animals, it never fails to amaze us just how little value people place on the lives of living, breathing, feeling and loving animals.

Thankfully, we were able to take Mishi in. She’s currently in foster care, ticking off the days until she finds her forever home – somewhere she won’t be thrown away.
