About Ben
Introducing Ben, a super friendly 1yr old Kelpie x. He is currently 20kg.
Ben loves other dogs. He currently lives with a female working breed. He is not a dominant dog at all.
Ben is good with people. He can be a bit shy when approached but once you get a pat in, he wants to be besties and get all the cuddles!
He has met adults and children on walks and at the produce store and they fall in love with him instantly!
Ben can be a bit strong on a lead but is easily held by a female. Not reactive to other dogs or people. He has come across mobility scooters and bikes without an issue. He just needs a bit of finesse with his lead training.
Ben is house trained and sleeps through the night in his crate.
He absolutely loves his after dinner cuddles on the couch.
Ben's requirements:
Ben needs a large yard (ideally 1/2 acre plus) for his big zoomies
Ben must have secure fencing
Ben would be best with a mate he can play with
He loves nothing more than to be involved in day to day 'chores' and can't wait to be part of a family. Ben has so much love to give!
If you are interested in meeting this lovely boy and can offer a suitable, safe and loving forever home, PLEASE COMPLETE THE ONLINE ADOPTION APPLICATION at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ and one of our volunteers will be in touch.
He has been desexed, microchipped and vaccinated. He is also flea and worm treated.
