About Tiberius (Tibby)
Tiberius (born Tobias), a handsome marbled Bengal, was born on Christmas Day 2019. He was adopted from Moggies Cat Rescue by a young woman who started in Byron Bay, ended up on the Gold Coast before marrying my son and moving overseas.
He has lived here with me for 2 years now and protects the house from rodents and unwanted visitors. He is friends with the birds and wild turkeys and can often be found on the window sill talking to them. He has them all lined up like a choir on the electrical wires above him while he relaxes in the enclosure. Tobias is very intelligent and has been known to open doors. In his new home, Tobias needs be kept indoors with access to a secure enclosure. Advice and assistance are available to his new owners.
But don't be fooled by his batman markings and 7kg warrior stature. He is loved by all who meet him as he has the sweetest most irresistible voice. It's hard to say no to him. He will plonk himself onto his side for tummy rubs in front of anyone who looks like an easy target. Though shrewd he is as gentle as a lamb and just wants his breakfast and dinner and a midday snack too.
He enjoys to be outside in his enclosure, but equally loves curling up on a bed for hours with his favourite cushion while his owner (slave) scratches his back. He raises his head when he wants a kiss on the forehead, and dribbles with delight.
Now that I have to relocate to a unit in Sydney, I cannot take him with me, and need to find him a home where he can have a larger home, to be close to nature and get all the cuddles he deserves.
He comes with a lot of added extras such as a cat carrier, litter tray, food, bowls, Revolution Plus and more.

Please note: Tiberius was originally adopted out by Moggies Cat Rescue to the current owner who has now asked for our assistance in rehoming them. Requests for "Meet &Greet" are directly with the owner but Moggies Cat Rescue will be supervising the adoption process.

Adoption details
Moggies Cat Rescue believes in Meet & Greets before choosing a furever friend.The cat or kitten you have your eye on might not be the one you take home! We believe all cats are unique and choose their new families!
You must have a suitable cat carrier and your ID to adopt.
Once you have bonded with your new pal and choose to adopt them into your family, there will be adoption agreement to be read and signed.
All new purrents will be given a cat care booklet and all the relevant vet paperwork for your new fuurbaby.

All cats and kittens available and adopted from Moggies Cat Rescue are indoor only. We encourage fully secure enclosures to be used if available.
If you are Pre-adopting a kitten you must pay a $50 non-refundable deposit and pay the remaining adoption amount before pick-up.
Our adoption fees are at a low cost and at a fraction of the price of the average vet work compelted/everyday expense per cat/kitten. Adoption fees must be paid on or before pick up. Most adoption fees include vaccination, microchip, flea and worm treatment and Free desexing. Adult cats come desexed. Segments of the adoption fees cannot be refunded if you choose to desex your kitten at a vet other than the vets associated with Moggies.
All adoptions come with a 2 week trial period after signing the contract, if after two weeks you find that your new furrfriend and yourself do not suit, please contact us. Please contact us if you require any more information or if you have any problems whatsoever with your new furr family member.
