About Yuki - 4 Month Old Border Collie X (Trial)
Meet Yuki, a delightful female Border Collie cross Bull Arab puppy who is eagerly waiting for a loving home. Yuki's appearance may hint at possible cattle dog heritage, despite her dad being a Border Collie and her mom being a Bull Arab cross.
She is an affectionate, adorable, and intelligent girl who loves to shadow her favourite human. Yuki adores snuggling and enjoys being close to people, making her an incredibly loving companion. Yuki has started house and toilet training, walking with a lead and learning basic commands, and is picking up well. She can use a dog door and sleeps well in a crate through the night. Yuki lives with her brother Sandor and a resident's dog.
As a young working dog breed, Yuki needs daily exercise and ongoing training. Yuki loves walking to the beach and playing with her brother and a resident dog. She would like to be with someone at home often or would love another dog companion in her new home as she loves companionship. Her sweet and intelligent nature makes her a wonderful addition to any loving home.
Yuki is a very healthy little puppy who has been raised in a home environment. She has been very well socialised with other puppies and adult dogs (small and large) and gets along well with them all. She's met lots of people and is friendly and affectionate with them.
Yuki will grow up to be a medium dog. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.
It would be a big plus if you have a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate for Yuki. If you don't have another dog to keep her company, then there needs to be someone in the household that doesn't work full time.
Yuki needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. She will be wonderful family dog and is suitable for children 8 years and older. You need good fencing with no small gaps. She can't go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire).
Yuki's sibling Sandor is also available for adoption.
Yuki's adoption fee is $700 which includes her desexing when she is old enough. It also includes her first two vaccinations. She has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
Yuki is in foster care in Lemon Tree Passage, NSW. Since she is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. She'll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when She's 5 to 6 months old.
