About Blizzard & Horizon
Introducing Blizzard and Horizon - two wonderfully bonded brothers who are as impressive as their names suggest. As thick as thieves, these boys are the true definition of inseparable. Their unique bond adds an extra layer of charm to their already endearing personalities, and it's crucial that they continue their journey together in their upcoming new home.
Both Blizzard and Horizon are shy and a little timid at first; however, they never fail to amaze with their ability to adapt and find comfort in their surroundings. Despite being a bit on the reserved side initially, once they feel safe and relaxed, they unleash their inner kittens - playful, energetic, and full of curiosity!
These stunning snow-white boys require an indoor only environment. Their light coats need protection from potential sun damage to ensure they maintain their beautiful, pristine condition. They appreciate a calm home, ideally without young children or canines, where they can flourish at their own pace.
Notably, Horizon has had a bit of a tough start to life. He required one of his eyes to be removed by our skilled veterinary team. However, this hasn't affected his zest for life the slightest bit. He's adapted beautifully and continues to enjoy his kittenhood to the fullest, proving resilience comes in the smallest packages!

Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
We will answer any questions you have regarding cat care and help you to obtain any support you may need.
