ABOUT:
Eden came to BFF from a rural pound, severely emaciated after being abandoned by her owners. She carries herself with an air of royalty, always looking impeccably put together in an adorably sweet package, right the way down to her tiny little tippy toes. Eden is likely to be a ‘permanent kitten’ in size due to her earlier neglect; she's still very small for her age, weighing less than an average 5 month old kitten. However we think she’s perfect the way she is, and she’s that cute in real life that you’re guaranteed to fall for her charms!
Eden can be independent and happy in her own company, but more than anything she loves to be loved. She will mew softly for attention, and pats will always be gratefully received and rewarded with head boops, teeny tiny little biccies, and endless purrs. Her favourite spot is curled up on the couch while her foster Mum rubs her tiny belly, or snuggled into the crook of her foster Dad’s arm in bed. She is so very sweet.
While Eden enjoys playing with toys on her own, she occasionally indulges in hallway zoomies with her foster brothers with some very impressive speed! Eden is great with other felines, but due to her small size she can be overwhelmed by larger, energetic cats who play a little rough. She would do well either as an only cat, or with other relaxed pets who will play gently with her (same goes with children).
Eden can be a little shy at first so will need her own space for a few days in her new surroundings, but she’ll quickly warm up to you and you’ll see her true affectionate nature emerge. With correct introductions to a new home (and some creamy treats!) she’ll be part of the family in no time. Eden deserves all the love and care in the world after such an awful start to life, and she will give back tenfold in the form of utterly ridiculous, high-pitched squeal inducing, puss in boots style cuteness.
