Shadow

Hello there, my name is Shadow! I'm a fun and energetic guy looking for my new home!

I'd suit an active family, with owners who have experience with working breeds like me. I would love a home where I can be included as part of the family, coming both inside and outdoors, as well as joining you for daily walks and adventures, followed by snuggling up on a nice soft bed by your feet in the evenings.

My new home will need to have Secure fencing, to help keep me safely at home and any children will need to be over 12 years of age and confident around dogs, as I can get a bit bouncy when I'm excited.

I am a very clever boy and already know a few tricks like sit, shake paw, lay down and am learning how to roll over! I would benefit from ongoing positive reinforcement training to help me be the best dog I can be and have lots of fun along the way!

I know sometimes you have to go out, if you leave me with some fun toys, yum treats, fresh water bowl and a sheltered, snuggly bed, I should be safe and happy until you get home. I would benefit from daily enrichment and interactive feeders to help keep my mind and body active.

Rest is also important! An active dog like me needs my beauty sleep, so I can keep giving life my all! Having a nice, quiet safe space, like my own bed, to catch some much-needed Zzz's after a big day of fun and play would be ideal.

I get along well with other dogs of a similar, playful and exuberant nature, so if you have another dog at home, please bring them in to meet me to make sure we will be friends.
