Hershey is ruled by her tummy and is happy to make friends with anyone with tasty treats to offer. She would thrive in a household that will help her manage her weight, and where she can explore and engage in enriching activities such as puzzle toys and interactive play sessions.

While a very sweet girl, Hershey is finding the shelter environment can be a little stressful. She may not be her "best self" right now, but she just needs a safe and quiet home with a lot of love and she will warm up to you in no time. She would be better suited to a home with adults or dog savvy older children who can appreciate her intelligence and give her the space to express her playful and contemplative sides. She would be happy to go home with another doggy friend if you've got one! Please bring any chidren and/or dogs along to the meet and greet.
