About Tiger
Are you a fan of the 'big burly bruiser with a soft centre' trope in your TV and movie characters? Do you love Po from Kung Fu Panda, Marshall from HIMYM, or what about Teddy from Bob’s Burgers? If so, we think you are going to LOVE Tiger.
On the outside, Tiger looks like he could rumble with the best of them but on the inside, this handsome stripey fellow wants to make a bunch of friends and sleep in on the weekends - preferably on your bed!
Tiger has been living a true 'young bachelor' life with his BFF - he has lived in busy suburbs and share-houses, done (and excelled) at the weekend cafè scene, and has taken the lot in his stride.
This young man personifies 'sociable and adaptable', and while every now and again he forgets himself and might welcome you home with a little too much enthusiasm, he also has excellent manners and knows all about what it takes to live inside with his favourite people. Watching Tiger play with his canine friends is pure magic – just check out the video on his profile to see for yourself!
Tiger is crate-trained trained, toilet trained, and he waits for his food like an absolute gentleman. He also loves his car rides and can't wait to find out where you are going together!
Very important things to know about Tiger:
Fetch is Tiger’s favourite game, and he’s a pro at it. Whether it’s balls, wood, chew toys, or ropes, he’s all in. Just keep an eye on those tennis balls – they only last about 20 minutes with him!
He has excellent leash manners and loves to lounge under your table during a lazy Saturday morning brekky at your local eating place.
Tiger's current BFF is a young man who he has faithfully adventured with in life's journey thus far - he is 100% up for a change of job description but ideally, sleeping in or by your bed would be high on Tiger's salary package requests!
Tiger would thrive with someone who’s home more often, and having another dog around would be a huge bonus. He has not been introduced to any cats or pocket pets, so a home without them would be best.
If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, and playful buff softie, Tiger is your guy. He’s waiting to shower you with endless love and joy!

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Following adoption - change of ownership paperwork will be completed, and proof of vaccination, microchipping and desexing (if applicable, as indicated on listing) will be provided.
