About Howie
Hi, I’m Howie! I’m a confident and calm male Kelpie pup who loves to pose for the camera! My foster family loves my sweet and playful nature and they say I’m very clever too!
In my foster home I've been well-handled and socialised with new people and dogs. I quickly learned to sit on command and respond to hand signals. I love being a good boy and showing off my tricks. When I'm not sniffing around the garden or playing with my foster sister, I enjoy long naps in the sun or in my bed.
As an intelligent and active boy, my foster mum says I would thrive in a home experienced with the breed and with people who understand my need for mental and physical stimulation. I need a family committed to daily training and activities to help me grow into a well-adjusted adult, and willing to make me part of their daily lives. My forever home should ideally have another doggy sibling for me to play with.
I can't wait to find my new family and start our adventures together!

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
