Olive

Olive is a beautiful 6 months old kitten who came into care 3.5 months ago with her 4 siblings after being found under a truck in a busy road.

She had a bit of a sad start with one kidney being malformed from birth and not functioning normally causing her to feel ill. Since having her bad kidney removed 6 weeks ago she is thriving and is ready to find her forever home.

Olive has the most adorable and cheeky little character wrapping everyone in her foster home around her little paws. Like most kittens she is very energetic and loves a good play with whatever she can find. She enjoys the company of her siblings and the resident foster cats and loves exploring the house with them. When she gets tired you will find her snuggled up to any of the other cats or on the foster carer’s lap for a nap.

To protect her existing kidney Olive needs to be on wet and dry kidney food for the rest of her life. As long as her existing kidney is taken care of there is no reason Olive can’t live a long and healthy life.

Due to her easy going personality Olive would be a great fit for any type of household providing her new family accommodates her dietary requirements.
