Victorian Dog Rescue has a six-week full refund policy and a lifetime takeback guarantee that includes a full refund for the pet.
Tilly is adorable and lovely. Everyone who meets Tilly falls in love
with her. She's playful and instantly friendly and loving, even with
strangers. She was giving her foster carer head bunts and Eskimo kisses
within minutes of arriving in her foster home. She's gentle and likes
to follow people around when she's not sleeping or playing.
Tilly may be 9 YO, however, has the personality and spirit of a much
younger cat. She loves jumping around with her toys and can easily
entertain herself. She likes to play - pouncing on toys, chasing wands,
having spontaneous spurts of energy where she runs out of one room into
the next. She is so funny when she plays with her toys, jumping up on
top of them, pouncing.
She's also a curious cat and loves to explore.
Tilly is ready to love. She enjoys human company, and we feel her ideal
family will be home a lot of the time. She is a small, delicate cat, so
needs people who will be gentle with her. Perhaps no young children as
Tilly can tend to nip, however, due to some missing teeth it doesn't
really hurt. Because of her adorable goofy face, it can be difficult to
tell when she's playing and when she's telling you to stop what you're
doing.
Tilly gets along with other cats and is currently sharing her foster
home with 2 others.
She is one of the most instantly loving cats we have met. She also has
super cute looks! Tilly's a girl who likes affection and is a lap cat,
so if love and affection are what you're after, lodge an application
today as Tilly will make you very happy.

Adoption details
We are a community fostercare network, not a shelter, and our dogs and cats are cared for in private homes. Note that we are very careful where we rehome our dogs and cats and we have an intensive process. If you want a quick turnaround we are not the group for you. If you seem like a good match for the dog of your choice we will organise a telephone chat, a meet and greet and a property check. We offer free assistance for six weeks for any issues, a lifetime takeback policy with full refund of the adoption fee, and will always be available to offer advice.
We care for our dogs and cats and we want you to as well. We know that genuine applicants have no trouble with this process and understand that if we refuse you a dog or cat, it is because you are not the best match for that pet.
Our commitment to the dogs and cats in our care is total and we treat each one as if we are passing on a family pet. This may not suit you so we point out that there are equally great dogs and cats available in pounds, shelters and with other rescue groups.

Please note that we do not take/make telephone calls prior to receiving an application.
Commonly asked questions and their answers are provided when you email us. Unfortunately we usually will not have time to reply to enquiries in more detail and will give priority to completed applications over enquiries. Priority will also be given to typed applications which are easier for us to read and to copy relevant parts.
We look forward to receiving your application.
