Meet Georgie! A wonderful mix of English Spaniel and King Charles Cavalier, this 9-year-old charmer weighs in at a perfectly cuddle-able 10kgs. Don't let his age fool you—Georgie is brimming with life and ready to bring joy to his new family.
As gentle and loving as he is, Georgie is a bit on the shy side. He prefers a calm, child-free environment where he can fully relax and show his affectionate personality. This just means when he bestows his love on you, it really is something special!
Georgie is a social butterfly with other animals and loves the company of other dogs. His cat-friendliness is a testament to his royal breeding and relaxed disposition. Likening under the couch to a royal throne, he is often found there enjoying his favorite chew toys after a good meal and a day of fun, tail-wagging activities.
Unlike many dogs his size, Georgie isn't a jumper. So, a secure, normal-height fence is perfectly sufficient to keep him playing safely in your yard. And speaking of yards and outdoor fun, Georgie is a champion when it comes to walk times, always ready to explore his neighbourhood with abundant curiosity and crisp alertness. Healthwise, you have nothing to worry about. He’s desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and wormed—ready to be the ideal pet!
One of Georgie's quirky habits is chasing his tail; it's a spectacle that will keep you entertained and make your hearts melt every single time.
To welcome Georgie into your home in Kenmore is to welcome a lifetime of loyalty, love, and abundant cuteness. When things get quiet at night, you'll find Georgie ready for a cuddle, proving that every day can end in the coziest way possible.
strategic game of fetch. His social skills and love for play make him a hit in the park and among other pet-friendly environments.

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Here’s some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:

🐾 Details about your family
🏡 Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
An adoption fee applies to each animal to cover only the basic veterinary procedures, and each adoption goes out on a 21 day settling in period, if the dog is returned in this period, and you’ve spoken to our trainer for assistance, and the dog is returned in good health, mentally and physically, and all their belongings and paperwork are returned, then we provide a refund less $50 admin fee. This is not a trial, but in case of any unknown or unforeseen circumstances.
The adoption process is as follows
✅Everyone that lives in the home will meet the dog with the carer
✅We ask everyone go home again and discuss and think about overnight and contact us the next day
✅This also gives the carer a chance to think about suitability
✅Then if everyone agrees we then require a home inspection, or at least photos of the home yard and fences.
✅Then the adoption fee is paid and once that clears our account you are free to arrange with the carer to collect
✅The adoption paperwork comes out in 14 days in which time you are required to register and change chip over
