Introducing the delightful Billie-Girl - an 8-month-old French Bulldog cross who is filled with joy and waiting to meet her new family. Currently residing in Mt Cotton, this perky pup has a petite frame, weighing around 11kg, but her spirit and energy are simply boundless.
Billie-Girl, or Billie as her friends call her, is a social butterfly. She's been tested around cats and dogs alike, and she adores playing with enthusiasm with all animals. She's fantastic with children too, making her an excellent addition to any family.
As a young and healthy pup, she takes her playful antics in stride and will need a normal, secure fence to keep her safe while she explores. Her inquisitive nature means she loves to explore and play and would love a home with a decent yard or close to a park.
Billie has already completed all her health checks. She's been vaccinated, desexed, microchipped, and regularly wormed. This means she's ready to start her new adventure with your family.
Billie LOVES the beach, loves cuddles, goes in the car like a dream, she sleep in her crate all night. Has LOADS of energy and love. Loves loves loves people and company.
The ideal home for Billie would offer her lots of love, and in return, she promises to provide you with a loyal companion. With an adorable face that will warm your heart and charming antics to keep you endlessly entertained, Billie-Girl is indeed one of a kind. We're excited to find this little gem her perfect match. After all, it's not every day that you come across a lady as special as Billie-Girl!

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Here’s some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:
🐱 Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the pet’s bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)
🐾 Details about your family
🏡 Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
An adoption fee applies to each animal to cover only the basic veterinary procedures, and each adoption goes out on a 21 day settling in period, if the dog is returned in this period, and you’ve spoken to our trainer for assistance, and the dog is returned in good health, mentally and physically, and all their belongings and paperwork are returned, then we provide a refund less $50 admin fee. This is not a trial, but in case of any unknown or unforeseen circumstances.
The adoption process is as follows
✅Everyone that lives in the home will meet the dog with the carer
✅We ask everyone go home again and discuss and think about overnight and contact us the next day
✅This also gives the carer a chance to think about suitability
✅Then if everyone agrees we then require a home inspection, or at least photos of the home yard and fences.
✅Then the adoption fee is paid and once that clears our account you are free to arrange with the carer to collect
✅The adoption paperwork comes out in 14 days in which time you are required to register and change chip over
