About Splash
This handsome boy is Splash, a stumpy tail cattle dog x kelpie born 6 March 2023.
Splash will need an active home as he is an energetic boy, which is typical of his breed. He is a bit too energetic for a home with young children.
He has great recall and knows how to sit on command but will need some more training on other obedience. He is eager to please and very gentle for treats!
Solash absolutely LOVES swimming!!
Splash is still learning his manners with cats and is generally too exuberant for them. He is very well mannered with chickens though!
Preference will be given to a home where there is another compatible dog for him to play with. Secure fencing and plenty of space to romp and play are essential!

Dogs:
(1) The first step is to complete the online adoption application form at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ Please answer all questions and include photos of your yard and fencing.
(2) All applications will be considered by our Adoption Team, following which a "meet and greet" will be offered to the top-ranking applicant.
(3) If the “meet and greet" is successful, the applicant may adopt the dog and take him or her home the same day.
(4) For successful interstate applicants, different arrangements may apply and will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Cats:
