About Maeve
*In foster care in Woollahra, Sydney*
Maeve (AKA Maeve the Brave) is a confident, intelligent and playful kitten who loves a cuddle after zooming around the house, leading her sisters on fun adventures!
Being so fearless, Maeve was always the first to make big risky leaps as a tiny kitten! Even finding herself her dangling in some very awkward positions didn't faze her :) This super-curious girl continues to be the first to explore new areas, smells and people.
Maeve is comfortable being carried around but definitely independent enough to let you know when she wants to be free. She's very vocal, happily chirping and purring around the house. She'll be sure to let you know when she’s hungry or just wants some attention!
Like all Maggie's pets, Maeve is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: Nearly any type of household will work for me - though if I had a preference, I reckon one with younger kids who'll join in on my escapades would be awesome!
If I can be REALLY fussy, I'd also love an outdoor balcony, enclosure or safe garden where I can explore :)
MY ENERGY LEVEL: High! When I do eventually tire myself out, I like to seek out a snuggle (and hopefully a long nap) with my foster humans or sisters.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I think my temperament is well-suited to family life! I don't mind being touched or handled, and I'll gently let you know when I want to be left to my own devices.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I've met one (rather large) dog so far, which wasn't a pleasant experience, so I'd really prefer no dogs in my new home please!
Although the only other cats I've known are my sisters, I think I'd love a purrmanent feline friend to play with and snuggle up to at bedtime. I love my sisters so much, so please consider adopting one of them too if you're open to taking home a terrific twosome! Tilly is probably my favourite (shhh, don't tell the others): https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/1053620

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
