About Indi
This sweet little girl is Ellie, a Domestic Short Hair born approx 30th March 2024.
Ellie & her sister Keeley were brought in to us with several adult street cats from a colony in Thornton. As they haven't had much human interaction before now, they can be quite shy when meeting new people & they don't currently know how to play with toys. Ellie has shown herself to be Keeley's protector & she will need a patient owner who is willing to continue working on her confidence while she settles into a new environment.
Due to their upbringing, we feel that Ellie would suit a home with no small children (under 11yrs) as they will be too overwhelming for her.
We believe Ellie would be best suited to a house with other cats/kittens as she gains confidence from them.
Ellie will be rehomed to a family who will keep her as an inside cat only.
Ellie is litter trained and would make a wonderful addition to most families.
If you think you could be that furever family for Ellie, please contact our friendly staff via email at ccacfpetadoptions@gmail.com or 0499 900 272 to organise a meet and greet.
Her adoption fee is $300 & this includes her desexing, vaccination and lifetime registrations. She is also regularly treated for fleas and worms.
Ellie is currently in foster care in the Maitland area.
Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the shelter in the Hunter Valley.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
