Bumble

Hello everyone, Bumble/Bingo here. I have two names, which is quite flash, but I think I like Bingo best: it sounds like winning! A small smart little girl looking to find a home of my own. I am cuddly and soft and looking for my new home to be with someone who likes little comfort packages like me. I love kids and a cuddle and am learning to walk on the lead with no problems. I get nervous when I first meet other dogs but soon warm up and want to play, play, play and show off with ‘zoomies’. When I get excited I like to prance around, a bit like a dancer I am told and I love toys. I am a good eater (Olympic grade!) and am learning about toileting. I am getting used to travel in the car and love going to the dog park. I get along well with other dogs but have not met any cats yet, so I don’t know if I like them. I have heard it said that I am pretty and a sweetheart, but I am also a bit mouthy so best suited to a home with older kids and someone who is home a lot to mentor me. I am learning my basic commands at the moment, but I am a quick learner. Want to know more about how you teach a pup to be a great dog? I’d like to do training every day so that I learn the commands of sit, stay, come, down, no, stop and leave it. And once I’ve learnt them, I need to keep practicing them every day too. That way I’ll learn to obey what you tell me to do. Being consistent and clear with your boundaries will mean I always know the right way to behave. Getting out to exercise at least once a day (and twice for working dog breeds) is vital to stimulate my brain and body. It creates important opportunities for me to meet strangers, other dogs and other animals, plus it tires me out! Tell me “no” if I’m chewing something I shouldn’t and give me a chew toy instead. I’d love to have a range of chew toys that you can swap around so I don’t get bored with them.
