About Popcorn
Poocorn is a very sweet 11 week old Boston Terrier. She is a typical Boston baby puppy sweet and loving, curious and fearless. Popcorn lost her eye in an accident as a baby puppy. She was surrendered to have it removed and to operate on her second eye, closing the eyelids slightly so her good eye was safe.
She is:
Great with other dogs
Great with Kids
She is toilet training and very well behaved.
Medical notes
Popcorn had surgery to remove her damaged eye as a baby puppy. She has s as lap had surgery on her remaining eye to close the eyelids marginally keeping her eye safe.
She is a brachycephalic breed. All suffer from BOAS in some way, either minor or severe. They are always at risk of boas ( brachycephalic obstructive airway syndrome)becoming clinical- creating difficulty breathing. We expect you to have a complete understanding of the condition and discuss the potential surgical, environmental and medical modifications you may have to do for this condition with your vet before you apply for this dog. It is also an excellent idea to take advantage of the trial period to have your vet check over the dog and give you more pointers on this breed related issue and the expectations for their care and management.

When you have seen your special new friend that you would like to meet, please email us and we will send an application to suitable parties. From the applications we will determine if it’s a suitable match and a meet and greet may be scheduled.
