About Louie - 2 Year Old Cavalier King Charles (Trial)
Meet Louie, a super affectionate, kind and playful boy. He bonds to humans very quickly and loves being in the company of his family and giving lots of kisses. Louie loves lounging around and lives for pats and treats!
Louie has been around small children his whole life, he loves kids and is super sweet with them. He is a little cheeky at times but has very good manners!
Louie knows some basic commands and is well toilet trained. He grew up free range on a farm so is still working on basic lead training/commands and getting used to the sounds of the city. His socialisation training will need to continue with his new family. Louie is happy enough to be left at home with the company of his brother so a home with another small to medium dog would suit him best.
Like all cavvies, Louie is a bit of a couch potato and doesn't need a big yard or much walking, but he would love a family who could continue his lead training and take him on a small walk each day.
Louie has grown up with his brother but he would not be suited to a house with a large or boisterous dog, or with cats or small animals. He would be best in a home with another calm small to medium sized dog.
Louie Overview
- Playful happy boy, full of personality
- He would be ideal for a family with children or for an older person who would like the companionship without the strenuous exercise
- His new family will welcome him inside as part of the family
Louie is in foster care with his brother Henry who is also available for adoption, in Newcastle. His adoption fee is $700. He is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and wormed and treated for fleas. He is not available for interstate adoption sorry.
